Introduction Nostalgic Expressionism

Joseph Charles is a truly formalist designer, holding his process to a strict and refined set of principles. After his debut on the show Project Runway, he had commissioned me to photograph a collection he had been working on. The garments were works of art and made of high quality materials he painstakingly hand selects himself. It is a pleasure to collaborate with an artist that holds process so close to self expression like Joseph.
